A normal week?

Well it's been over a week since the last post.  Saturday morning July 26 Carole had her hair cut and a perm and when she got home she was not completely happy with it, can't say that I liked it either.  Oh well, it will grow out.  Saturday evening we attended Christ the King Lutheran Church at the Trenton road campus in Southgate and stopped at the Big Boy Restaurant in Flat Rock after on the way back to Monroe.  Sunday was uneventful I watched NASCAR and missed the last few laps when the Satellite signal went out because of a passing storm.  I posted that on Facebook and immediately had many responses.  After few minutes the satellite came back on and I watched the end of the Tiger's baseball game.
Monday morning I took the car in for it's annual detailing, Kurt who owns American Reconditioning is an industrious young man that does a fantastic job. While the car was there I finished editing and publishing the newsletter SHORELINES for our Great Lakes Chapter #6 of Escapees RV Club.
Tuesday afternoon we drove in to Wyandotte to visit with friends Dale & Ginger Brennan.  We had not had a face to face visit with them in over 10 years, the four of us went out to dinner at Hungarian Rhapsody Restaurant in Southgate and then back to their place for more visiting.
Wednesday & Thursday we spent cleaning out closets and cabinets and got rid of a lot clothes and shoes that either on longer fit or we had not worn in a long time.
Friday we drove in to Sam's Club in Southgate to pick up a few things and get gas in the car.  Later we went to dinner at Big Blue's Ribs here in Monroe.
That was the week.
