Neglected

I have really neglected posting in the blog over the last 2 months.  After the rally at Indigo Bluffs we stopped one night at Ponchos Pond RV Park in Ludington.  Upon arrival there we discovered we had no 12v power inside the motorhome.  Called a mobile RV tech who came and worked for 2 hours trying to find the cause, in the meantime the RV park owner and a couple of the employees got involved.  At 5pm the RV tech announced that he could not find the reason and it was quitting time and left.  Poncho and crew refused to give up and finally found the cause.  It was a stuck relay which freed up upon repeated removal and replacement of a fuse.
We then went on to Outdoor Adventures Grand Haven Resort for a few days before heading down to Goshen Indiana for the Thor Diesel Club International Rally.

Then on to Duncan RV Repair to have the window in our entry door replaced.  And then down to the St Louis area to visit with our son Mike and Family.  While there 2 of my cousins and spouses came over for the afternoon and had dinner with all of us.
When we left Mike's we stopped one night in Sikeston MO to have dinner at Lamberts.  Then 2 more overnight stops before arriving at Escapees Rainbow Plantation RV Park in Summerdale AL to visit with friends.  And finally on down to Escapees Sumter Oaks RV Park in Bushnell FL for the winter.
This is the view out our windshield.

Thor Diesel Club Rally

We arrived at Indigo Bluffs RV Resort on Tuesday September September 19.

Wednesday September 20
Arrival day for the rally with Social Hour at 4:30pm and a Pot Luck Dinner at 6:00pm. And I did not take any Pictures.

Thursday September 21.
The rally hosts had reserved 15 sites for the Great Lakes Area mini rally and we had 13 rigs signed up, but then life happened and several rigs had to cancel. I did not take any pictures of last evenings pot luck dinner, shame on me. So here are pictures of the folks from 7 of the 8 rigs that are here enjoying breakfast this morning.

After breakfast I had a chance to walk around and get pictures of the rigs.

The planned activity for the morning fell thru.  So Carole And I went for a drive around the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore area.
