As we arrived at the rally last Tuesday we confirmed that our refrigerator was not working and we had a big problem. We called Ricky's Mobile RV Repair here in Sevierville and he came out and confirmed that the cooling unit had leaked most or all of the cooling fluid and would need to be replaced so he disabled the unit from all sources of power, 110v, 12v, & Propane.
Wednesday he returned and assured us that he had authorization from our extended warrenty and the new unit was on order and he proceded to finish getting the frig ready to pull out.
They received the new cooling unit late Thursday afternoon and Friday the came came out and finished the job.
Out it comes.
